Dileep Kumar is a passionate sports professional and the founder of Sporting Edg8, a multi-sport academy built on the principles of discipline, growth, and community. With over a decade of experience in coaching and sports management, Dileep has worked with leading organisations like Prakash Padukone Sports Management, Netplay Sports, and Spogoo Sports Management Pvt. Ltd. Successfully led a team of over 30 coaches, implementing impactful training programs across multiple disciplines in more than five residential communities.
His journey began as a badminton coach, evolving into a strategic leader who blends athletic training with business acumen. Through Sporting Edg8, Dileep has transformed underused spaces into thriving sports hubs, providing structured coaching for children and adults while building a culture of excellence and sportsmanship.
Dileep’s approach to coaching goes beyond the court—focusing on mindset, character, and holistic development. He continues to mentor athletes, train coaches, and build a stronger sporting ecosystem that inspires both performance and purpose.
